Dr. Calvin graduated from King University with a degree in Biology. She then completed a Master of Biomedical Science and her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Lincoln Memorial University in 2021. She is a local to the area and grew up in Bluff City, TN, where she still resides with her husband Mitchell, 2 rescued Chihuahua mixes, and 7 cats. Dr. Calvin’s favorite hobbies are gardening and reading. Her interests in veterinary medicine are feline medicine, dentistry, preventative care, and ophthalmology. She is very thankful to have the opportunity to help pets and their owners every day.

Dr. Hubbard was born and raised here in the East TN & SWVA area, and is so proud to be serving her home region. She graduated from Berea College, Berea, KY with a degree in Field & Organismal Biology. She then obtained her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Lincoln Memorial University – College of Veterinary Medicine. She and her husband are the proud pet parents of their two dogs (Tallulah & Frankie) and two cats (Quincy & Niko). Dr. Hubbard’s hobbies include cooking, playing video games with her husband, and traveling. Her favorite part of veterinary medicine is connecting with clients & their pets, and getting the opportunity to promote the human-animal bond.

Raised in the mountains of western North Carolina, Dr. Kiser completed her undergraduate studies at Emory & Henry College and earned her DVM from Lincoln Memorial University. She’s deeply committed to serving the communities of Appalachia, and we’re proud to have her share that passion here at our clinic.

Her professional interests include internal medicine, soft tissue surgery, and geriatric care, with more to come as she grows with our team. Dr. Kiser is especially passionate about the human-animal bond, and she strives to ensure that every pet owner leaves their visit feeling informed and empowered.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Kiser enjoys hiking with her husband & dogs, Laddie and Bo, as well as kayaking, gardening, cooking, and baking sourdough.

Dr. Renae Griffith earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Lincoln Memorial University. She also holds a Master of Veterinary Biomedical Science and a Bachelor of Science in Animal Health Science, both from Lincoln Memorial University.

Inspired by the special bond between people and their pets, Dr. Griffith is passionate about providing compassionate, individualized care that helps animals live healthier, happier lives. She has special interests in surgery, orthopedics, internal medicine, and behavioral medicine.

One of Dr. Griffith’s favorite aspects of veterinary medicine is building lasting relationships with clients and their pets. She believes every patient deserves to be treated with the same care and compassion she would give her own pets and is committed to educating pet owners while providing the highest standard of veterinary medicine. She also strives to create Fear Free visits whenever possible, helping pets feel more comfortable and confident during their time at the hospital.

Outside of work, Dr. Griffith enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with her family, friends, and her four beloved pets: two dogs, Buzz and Piper, and two cats, Woody and Lincoln.
